The legal system of public servant's declaration of assets and interests was implemented in 1998, under which public servants and their spouses or cohabiting partners are required to declare their assets and interests, which include all forms of incomes, deposits, debts, movable and immovable properties, etc.
According to the law in effect, public office holders and the staff of the CCAC and their spouses or cohabiting partners shall submit their declaration forms to the Secretariat of Court of Final Appeal, whereas other staff of the Public Administration and their spouses or cohabiting partners shall submit their forms to the CCAC.
