The Website of the Commission Against Corruption, Macao SAR (CCAC's Website) is established and coordinated by the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC). All Contents (texts, graphics, sounds and images) and the software programs are copyrighted and protected by the laws of Macao SAR and international agreements.

These Terms of Use may be amended from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of the CCAC's Website, including browsing, downloading, running application program, submitting information to, redistributing, reproducing and linking to the CCAC's Website, after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes.

2Reproduction of Contents

Any part of the Contents in the CCAC's Website, except those from third parties, is readily available for non-commercial use, reproduction, and redistribution without permission from the CCAC. However, Users must identify the CCAC's Website as the source, and the date of obtaining the Contents, and ensure the accuracy of the Contents copied or reproduced. The reproduction is not representing any official reproduction, nor is endorsed by the CCAC's Website.

The Contents of the CCAC's Website, in whole or in part, is prohibited from being commercially reproduced, republished, or redistributed in any way without the written permission from the CCAC. Also, no any revision on the Contents is allowed no matter for commercial or non-commercial reproduction and redistribution, except those have obtained the special written permission from the CCAC.

If the Contents to be reproduced are subject to copyrights held by third parties, some restrictions on the reproduction of Contents may apply and it may be necessary to seek permission from the rights holder prior to reproducing the Contents. Users should follow the copyright notice of the party. The CCAC's Website would list out all the terms together with these contents.

There is a portion of the Contents in the CCAC's Website published in numbers, users can use these materials for calculation and statistic to obtain new figures. Users have to quote the source and explain the methods of calculation and/or statistic to obtain the new figures, if the figures are to be posted, published, or distributed.

The CCAC's Website is highly concerned about the accuracy of the Contents. However, we do not guarantee or promise the materials implicitly or explicitly. The Contents in the CCAC's Website are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. The CCAC reserves the rights to delete, stop posting or edit information of the CCAC's Website at any time without prior notice. It is not necessary to get any permission to link to the head page of the CCAC's Website, but it is necessary to use the following expressions in the links:
