With regard to any shortcomings it finds in any legal provisions, especially those which may affect rights, freedom or legitimate interests of individuals, the CCAC renders recommendations or suggestions concerning their interpretation, amendment or repeal, or makes suggestions for new legislation.
To improve the internal operation of public entities and enhance their respect for legality in the administration, the CCAC keeps a watchful eye on their internal operation.
