The Commission Against Corruption is a public entity dedicated to fighting corruption and carrying out ombudsman functions. Ever since its establishment on 20th December, 1999, the CCAC has been making every effort to reprove vice and promote probity. Adopting the paradigm of law-abidingness and impartiality, it employs the four-pronged approach of “anti-corruption, prevention, proposal of the enactment of normative acts and education” to strive for a clean and assiduous governance and to uphold social justice.

Development of the anti-graft work largely depends on the support and supervision of the general public. Our anti-corruption effort can be effective and be of service to the community only when it is rooted in the general public.
